The National Bolshevik Party stands for municipal ownership and control of energy plants, in a non-profit and decentralized, but coordinated, system that ensures the most careful use of natural resources.

  1. We call for the development and mass implementation of alternative energy sources including solar, geothermal, wind, hydropower, nuclear fusion, and biomass to end dependence on fossil fuels.
  2. We call for a sliding-scale index which favors low-income people, to ensure that all people have access to utility services.
  3. We call for the end of unnecessary barriers to installing alternative energy sources in homes and other facilities.
